Product Overview
The anti-static calcium sulphate raised floor features a composite sandwich structure. The bottom layer is made of galvanized steel sheet, while the top surface is finished with anti-static coverings such as melamine laminate (HPL), conductive PVC, or anti-static ceramic tiles. A high-strength calcium sulphate board is embedded as the core load-bearing layer, and all four edges are tightly sealed and protected with PVC edge strips. The standard panel size is typically 600 × 600 mm.
Applications
Widely used in computer rooms, data centers, control centers, workshops, and other working environments with strict electrostatic control requirements or extensive cable routing needs.

Product Advantages
Among various raised floor systems, calcium sulphate raised floors offer superior fire performance, delivering outstanding value in both functionality and safety. The calcium sulphate material itself is non-combustible.
Calcium sulphate raised floors perform well in mildly humid environments and are easy to maintain and clean. Their service life is significantly longer than that of traditional particleboard raised floors. Manufactured from high-quality raw materials, with a high-strength calcium sulphate core combined with premium surface and backing layers, this flooring system provides exceptional durability and long-term structural stability.
