Anti-Static Raised Floor

Product Overview

The anti-static raised floor system is engineered based on a steel cement raised floor structure. Both the top and bottom layers are made of high-quality cold-rolled steel sheets, with a premium foamed cement core in between to ensure strength and stability.
The surface can be finished with various anti-static coverings, including High Pressure Laminate (HPL), permanent anti-static PVC, or anti-static ceramic tiles. The panel edges are sealed with conductive rubber strips, providing both protection and reliable electrical conductivity.
The complete system consists of raised floor panels, pedestals, stringers, and related accessories, allowing for flexible installation, easy expansion, and efficient maintenance.

Applications

This product is widely used in data centers, computer rooms, control centers, laboratories, telecommunication rooms, power dispatch centers, production workshops, and other working environments that require high-level electrostatic protection or complex cable management solutions.

Product Advantages

Electrostatic discharge (ESD) can cause random equipment failures, computational errors, and even permanent damage to sensitive electronic components such as CMOS and MOS circuits. External computer peripherals can also generate static electricity, making anti-static flooring essential for data centers, server rooms, and computer facilities.

Layouts of data centers and equipment rooms frequently change to accommodate new users, tenants, and evolving technologies. Traditional infrastructure often struggles to keep pace with rapid upgrades and cable modifications. Designers and facility managers must balance cost control and construction timelines while responding to dynamic space requirements. In environments with dense electronic equipment, it is critical to eliminate the potential hazards of static electricity to extend equipment lifespan and manage increasingly complex cabling systems.

The all-steel anti-static raised floor system enables fast installation and flexible cable routing, allowing office and technical spaces to be reconfigured without disrupting power, voice, data, or HVAC systems. The anti-static surface effectively dissipates static charges and contributes to optimized airflow distribution, supporting efficient air conditioning and overall environmental performance.
