OA Network Raised Floor

Product Overview

The OA Network Raised Floor is constructed with high-quality cold-rolled steel sheets on both the top and bottom layers. The panels are manufactured through precision stretching, spot welding, and epoxy powder coating processes. The core is filled with high-density foamed cement, forming a solid internal support structure that enhances stability and durability.

This system adopts a four-sided independent support structure. The upper panel is made of ultra-hard steel, while the lower panel is deeply drawn to improve overall strength. The surface is treated with an anti-static coating to effectively reduce electrostatic buildup, while the foamed cement core further reinforces the structure.

The pedestal supports are made of galvanized steel, featuring adjustable height and a self-locking function for secure installation. With high structural strength and excellent load-bearing capacity, this raised floor system also offers reliable fire resistance and moisture resistance, making it suitable for modern buildings with intensive cabling requirements.
