Aluminum Alloy Perforated Ventilation Panel

Product Overview

The aluminum alloy perforated ventilation panel is processed from a solid aluminum panel and manufactured using two main methods. One method involves punching the solid panel with fixed open-area molds, while the other uses CNC milling machines to create customized hole patterns and ventilation ratios.

The open area of perforated panels typically ranges from 17% to 43%, with additional ventilation ratios available upon request. When used together with airflow control dampers or fan systems, the ventilation rate can be freely adjusted. Ventilation panels can be installed in combination with solid panels to meet the specific airflow requirements of data centers and cleanroom environments.

The standard panel size is 600 × 600 × 55 mm. Surface finishes typically include permanent anti-static PVC covering or powder-coated treatment, depending on application needs.

Product Advantages

Aluminum raised access floors are primarily used in cleanrooms and electronic production workshops, where a large number of integrated circuits (ICs) are present. Compared with discrete components, ICs are far more sensitive to voltage fluctuations. Electrostatic discharge (ESD), which can range from tens of volts to several thousand volts, can easily damage these high-precision components.

In electronic cleanroom environments, electrostatic control is critical and should ideally be addressed at the source. Aluminum alloy anti-static raised floors effectively accelerate static dissipation, helping protect sensitive equipment and ensure production safety.

Compared with other types of raised flooring systems, aluminum raised floors are lighter in weight yet exceptionally strong in load capacity. Once installed, the system remains highly stable, showing no sliding or deformation under heavy loads. In addition, aluminum floors offer excellent corrosion resistance, and their untreated surfaces do not generate dust, making them ideal for clean and controlled environments.
