Product Overview
The aluminum alloy visual access panel is manufactured through secondary processing based on a solid aluminum panel. Its dimensions and specifications are fully compatible with standard solid aluminum raised floor panels, allowing direct interchangeability during installation.
This specialized panel is designed with inspection windows, enabling real-time visual inspection and monitoring of the underfloor space beneath raised flooring systems. According to actual project requirements, the size and number of inspection windows can be customized. Common configurations include single-window panels, double-window panels, and four-window panels, providing flexibility while maintaining system integrity.

Product Advantages
Aluminum raised flooring systems are primarily used in cleanrooms and electronic workshops where electrostatic protection is critical. These environments typically contain large numbers of integrated circuits (ICs), which have limited tolerance to high voltage. In particular, components such as field-effect transistors are highly sensitive to electrostatic discharge (ESD). Static voltages ranging from tens to several thousand volts can easily damage integrated circuits. Therefore, electronic cleanrooms must place strong emphasis on electrostatic control, ideally suppressing static generation at its source. Aluminum alloy anti-static raised floors effectively promote rapid static dissipation, ensuring the safe and stable operation of high-precision equipment.
Compared with raised floors made from other materials, aluminum raised floors are lightweight yet offer outstanding load-bearing capacity. Once installed, the system remains highly stable and does not experience sliding or wave-like deformation even under heavy equipment loads. In addition, aluminum features excellent corrosion resistance, requires no special surface treatment, and generates no dust, fully meeting the long-term requirements of clean and controlled environments.
