Product Overview
The aluminum perforated panel is manufactured through secondary processing based on solid aluminum panels. Two main forming methods are available:
Punching solid aluminum panels using fixed airflow-rate molds;
CNC machining to create customized hole patterns and ventilation ratios.
The standard airflow rate typically ranges from 17% to 43%, with additional airflow ratios available upon request. When used in combination with adjustable air dampers, the ventilation performance can be dynamically regulated. The perforated panels can be installed together with solid panels, making them suitable for ventilation and operational requirements in data centers and other professional technical environments.
The standard panel size is 600 × 600 × 55 mm, with surface finishes commonly including permanent anti-static PVC covering or powder-coated treatment.

Product Advantages
Aluminum raised access floors are primarily used in electrostatic-sensitive areas such as cleanrooms and electronic workshops. These environments typically contain large quantities of integrated circuits (ICs), which have limited tolerance to high-voltage electrostatic discharge. Components such as field-effect transistors are particularly vulnerable to static electricity. Electrostatic voltages can range from tens to several thousand volts, easily causing damage to integrated circuits. Therefore, electronic cleanrooms must place strong emphasis on electrostatic control, ideally reducing static generation at the source. Aluminum alloy anti-static raised floors effectively accelerate static dissipation, providing reliable protection for high-precision equipment.
Compared with other types of raised flooring systems, aluminum raised access floors offer a combination of lightweight design and high load capacity. Once installed, the system remains structurally stable and does not shift or deform under heavy loads. In addition, aluminum provides excellent corrosion resistance, and the floor surface requires no additional treatment, generating no dust and fully meeting the long-term requirements of clean environments.
