Product Overview
The anti-static calcium sulphate raised floor features a robust sandwich structure. The bottom layer is made of galvanized steel sheet, while the top surface is finished with an anti-static covering such as HPL (melamine laminate), conductive PVC, or anti-static ceramic tiles. The core consists of a high-strength calcium sulphate board, providing excellent structural stability. All four edges are protected with PVC edge strips to enhance durability and impact resistance. The standard panel size is 600 × 600 mm.
Applications
Suitable for computer rooms, data centers, control rooms, workshops, and other environments that require effective electrostatic control or accommodate a high density of cabling and equipment.

Product Advantages
Among all types of raised flooring systems, calcium sulphate raised floors offer outstanding fire resistance, delivering high value in both functionality and safety. The calcium sulphate core itself is non-combustible, ensuring superior fire protection.
Calcium sulphate raised floors also perform well under conditions of moderate humidity. They are easy to maintain and clean, and their service life is significantly longer than that of particleboard-based raised floors. Manufactured from high-quality materials, with a high-strength calcium sulphate core combined with premium surface and backing layers, this flooring system provides excellent durability, dimensional stability, and long-term performance.
