Anti-Static Raised Floor

Product Overview

The anti-static raised floor is built on a standard steel–cement raised floor structure. Both the top and bottom surfaces are made of high-quality cold-rolled steel sheets, with a high-performance foamed cement core in between. The top surface can be finished with various anti-static coverings as required, such as melamine laminate (HPL), permanent anti-static PVC, or anti-static ceramic tiles. Conductive rubber edge trims are applied around the panel edges to protect the panels and further enhance overall anti-static performance.
The complete system includes raised floor panels, adjustable pedestals, stringers, and other installation accessories.

Applications

Suitable for data centers, computer rooms, control rooms, laboratories, telecommunications rooms, power control centers, production workshops, and other professional environments that require strict anti-static control or complex cable management.

Product Advantages

Static electricity can easily cause random equipment malfunctions and calculation errors, and may even damage sensitive components such as CMOS and MOS circuits. In addition, computer peripherals can also generate static electricity. Therefore, anti-static flooring is essential in critical environments such as data centers, server rooms, and computer rooms.

Data centers and service rooms often need to adjust layouts to meet the requirements of different users and tenants. Traditional facilities can quickly become outdated due to technological upgrades and changes in cabling systems. Architects and facility managers must respond flexibly to changing space requirements while controlling construction time and costs. In electronic equipment–intensive environments such as data centers and computer rooms, owners must eliminate the harmful effects of static electricity, extend equipment lifespan, and manage complex cabling systems efficiently.

The all-steel anti-static raised floor system enables fast installation and easy cable replacement, significantly improving space reconfiguration flexibility without interrupting power supply, network, communication, or air-conditioning systems. The anti-static surface layer effectively dissipates static electricity and also helps optimize airflow distribution for improved environmental control.
