The ceramic full steel anti-static raised access floor is constructed with anti-static ceramic tiles and high-quality steel. The steel panels are manufactured through stretching and forming, spot welding, phosphating, and epoxy powder coating. The core is filled with foam cement to enhance load-bearing capacity and structural stability, while the top surface features a ceramic finish.
This ceramic anti-static raised floor offers stable electrostatic dissipation performance, excellent wear resistance, and strong corrosion resistance. All four edges are sealed with PVC or ABS edge bands to improve durability and safety.
