Product Overview
The steel cement raised floor is manufactured from high-quality cold-rolled steel sheets, processed through stretching and spot welding. After phosphating treatment, the surface is coated with epoxy powder, providing excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
The panel core is completely filled with foamed cement, ensuring high strength and structural stability. Each panel is pre-drilled at the corners for secure installation and fixation.
Raised Floor System
The steel raised floor system is fixed to adjustable pedestals from the top using corner fixing screws, forming a rigid diaphragm structure.
This corner-lock system creates a stringerless raised floor, capable of supporting most static and dynamic loads commonly found in office environments, while maintaining excellent stability and performance.
