Product Overview
The Yihua ceramic steel anti-static raised floor features a standard steel–cement raised floor panel as the base, with an anti-static ceramic tile bonded to the top surface. All four edges are protected with PVC edge trims for enhanced durability. Special perforations in the steel plate allow the cement core to firmly bond the ceramic tile and steel panel together, effectively preventing cracking or delamination. A wide range of ceramic colors and patterns is available to meet various decorative requirements.
Applications
Widely used in banks, computer rooms, data centers, control rooms, workshops, and other areas that require an anti-static environment while also demanding a high level of aesthetic quality.

Product Advantages
Static electricity can cause random malfunctions, operational failures, or calculation errors in equipment rooms, and may even lead to breakdown or damage of sensitive components such as CMOS and MOS circuits. In addition, computer peripheral devices can also generate static electricity. Therefore, anti-static flooring is essential in data centers, server rooms, and computer rooms.
Data centers and server rooms must adapt to varying layouts required by different users and tenants. Traditional facilities often become outdated due to organizational changes and technological advancements, especially with respect to cabling systems. Architects and facility managers must respond to constantly changing space requirements while controlling construction time and costs. In environments with a high density of electronic equipment, owners need effective solutions to eliminate the harmful effects of static electricity, extend equipment lifespan, and manage complex cabling systems.
The ceramic anti-static raised floor system allows for fast and easy installation, as well as quick cable replacement, greatly improving space reconfiguration efficiency without interrupting power supply, voice and data services, or air distribution systems. With an anti-static surface finish, the raised floor system effectively dissipates static electricity while also helping to distribute and regulate conditioned airflow beneath the floor.
