Product Overview
Yihua Full Steel Anti-Static Raised Access Floor is manufactured using high-quality steel panels as the core material. The panels are formed through precision stretching, reinforced by spot welding, and finished with an epoxy powder-coated surface. The internal cavity is fully filled with high-strength foamed cement, providing excellent structural stability, load-bearing capacity, and sound insulation.
The surface is covered with a high-temperature-resistant, fire-rated decorative finish, while conductive edge strips are installed around the panel edges to ensure effective electrostatic discharge (ESD).
All supporting pedestals and stringers are made of fully galvanized steel. Pedestal height is adjustable and can be customized to meet different installation height requirements, allowing flexible application across various environments.
