Product Advantages

Aluminum raised flooring systems are widely used in cleanrooms and electronic workshops where electrostatic protection is critical. These environments typically contain a high concentration of integrated circuits (ICs), which have limited tolerance to high voltage. In particular, components such as field-effect transistors are highly sensitive to electrostatic discharge (ESD). Static voltages ranging from tens to several thousand volts can easily damage integrated circuits. Therefore, electronic cleanrooms must place great emphasis on electrostatic protection, ideally eliminating static generation at the source. Aluminum alloy anti-static raised floors effectively accelerate static dissipation, providing reliable protection for high-precision equipment.

Compared with other types of raised flooring systems, aluminum raised floors combine lightweight construction with exceptional load-bearing capacity. Once installed, the structure remains stable and does not experience sliding or wave-like deformation even under heavy equipment loads. In addition, aluminum offers excellent corrosion resistance. The floor surface requires no additional treatment and generates no dust, fully meeting the long-term operational requirements of clean environments.
