Aluminum Raised Access Floor

Product Overview

The aluminum raised access floor is precision-manufactured from die-cast aluminum alloy ingots. The solid aluminum panel is the standard type of aluminum raised floor, featuring a fully enclosed, non-perforated top surface. It can be finished with anti-static HPL, conductive PVC, or other functional surface coverings as required.
The standard panel size is 600 × 600 × 55 mm.

Product Advantages

Aluminum raised access floors are primarily applied in cleanrooms, electronic workshops, and other environments with strict environmental control requirements. These areas typically contain a large number of integrated circuits (ICs), which have limited tolerance to high voltage. In particular, components such as field-effect transistors are highly sensitive to electrostatic discharge (ESD). Static voltages ranging from tens to several thousand volts can easily damage integrated circuits. Therefore, electronic cleanrooms must place great emphasis on electrostatic control, ideally suppressing static generation at the source. Aluminum alloy anti-static raised floors effectively accelerate static dissipation, providing reliable protection for high-precision equipment.

Compared with other types of raised flooring systems, aluminum raised access floors combine lightweight construction with exceptional load-bearing capacity. Once installed, the system remains stable and does not experience sliding or wave-like deformation even under heavy equipment loads. In addition, aluminum offers excellent corrosion resistance. The floor surface requires no special treatment and generates no dust, fully meeting the long-term operational requirements of clean environments.
