Product Overview
The aluminum perforated panel is manufactured through secondary processing based on solid aluminum panels. Two main processing methods are available. One method uses fixed open-area molds to punch solid panels into perforated panels with a predetermined airflow rate. The other method employs CNC milling to create customized hole patterns and airflow ratios according to project requirements.
The standard airflow rate typically ranges from 17% to 43%, with additional airflow ratios available upon request. When used in combination with adjustable air dampers, the airflow rate can be flexibly regulated. Perforated panels can be installed together with solid panels to meet the diverse ventilation and cooling requirements of data centers and technical rooms.
The standard panel size is 600 × 600 × 55 mm, and the surface is usually finished with permanent anti-static PVC covering or powder coating.

Product Advantages
Aluminum raised access floors are primarily used in cleanrooms, electronic workshops, and other environments with stringent electrostatic protection requirements. These areas typically contain large numbers of integrated circuits (ICs), which have limited tolerance to high-voltage electrostatic discharge. Components such as field-effect transistors are particularly sensitive to static electricity. Electrostatic voltages can range from tens to several thousand volts, posing a serious risk of damage to integrated circuits. Therefore, electronic cleanrooms must place great emphasis on electrostatic control, ideally minimizing static generation at the source. Aluminum alloy anti-static raised floors effectively accelerate static dissipation, ensuring safe operation of high-precision equipment.
Compared with other types of raised flooring systems, aluminum raised access floors are lightweight yet offer exceptionally high load capacity. Once installed, the system remains highly stable and does not shift or deform under heavy traffic or equipment loads. In addition, aluminum provides excellent corrosion resistance, and the dust-free surface design fully meets the long-term requirements of clean environments.
