Product Overview
The aluminum alloy visual access panel is manufactured through secondary processing based on a solid aluminum panel. Its dimensions and installation method are fully compatible with standard solid panels, allowing direct interchangeability within the raised floor system.
This panel is designed with dedicated inspection windows, enabling personnel to conveniently inspect and monitor equipment, cabling, and utilities beneath the raised floor. According to specific project requirements, the size and number of inspection windows can be customized. Common configurations include single-window, double-window, and four-window panels.

Product Advantages
Aluminum raised flooring systems are widely used in cleanrooms and electronic workshops where electrostatic protection is critical. These environments typically contain a high concentration of integrated circuits (ICs), which have limited tolerance to high voltage. In particular, components such as field-effect transistors are highly sensitive to electrostatic discharge (ESD). Static voltages ranging from tens to several thousand volts can easily damage integrated circuits. Therefore, electronic cleanrooms must place great emphasis on electrostatic protection, ideally eliminating static generation at the source. Aluminum alloy anti-static raised floors effectively accelerate static dissipation, providing reliable protection for high-precision equipment.
Compared with other types of raised flooring systems, aluminum raised floors combine lightweight construction with exceptional load-bearing capacity. Once installed, the structure remains stable and does not experience sliding or wave-like deformation even under heavy equipment loads. In addition, aluminum offers excellent corrosion resistance. The floor surface requires no additional treatment and generates no dust, fully meeting the long-term operational requirements of clean environments.
