Product Overview
The aluminum raised access floor is manufactured from die-cast aluminum alloy ingots, offering high structural strength and long-term dimensional stability. The solid aluminum panel is the standard type of aluminum raised floor, featuring a non-perforated surface.
The top surface can be finished with anti-static HPL, conductive PVC, ceramic tiles, or other functional coverings according to project requirements. The standard panel size is 600 × 600 × 55 mm, ensuring compatibility with conventional raised floor systems.

Product Advantages
Aluminum raised access floors are primarily used in cleanrooms and electronic production facilities, where large quantities of integrated circuits (ICs) are present. Compared with discrete components, ICs are significantly more sensitive to voltage fluctuations. Electrostatic discharge (ESD), which may range from tens of volts to several thousand volts, can easily damage these high-precision components.
Therefore, electrostatic control is critical in electronic cleanroom environments. Ideally, static electricity should be eliminated at its source. Aluminum alloy anti-static raised floors effectively accelerate static dissipation, helping protect sensitive equipment and ensure operational safety.
Compared with other types of raised floor systems, aluminum raised floors are lightweight yet exceptionally strong. Once installed, the system remains highly stable, showing no sliding, deformation, or wave-like movement even under heavy rolling loads. In addition, aluminum floors offer excellent corrosion resistance, and their untreated surfaces do not generate dust, making them ideal for clean and contamination-sensitive environments.
