Product Overview
The Yihua ceramic steel anti-static raised floor is built on a standard steel–cement raised floor panel, with an anti-static ceramic tile bonded to the top surface. All four edges are protected with PVC edge trims for enhanced durability. Specially designed perforations in the steel panel allow the cement core to firmly bond the ceramic tile and steel plate together, effectively preventing cracking or delamination. A wide variety of ceramic colors and patterns are available, meeting both functional and decorative requirements.
Applications
Suitable for banks, computer rooms, data centers, control rooms, workshops, and other areas that require strict anti-static protection while also emphasizing aesthetic appearance.

Product Advantages
Static electricity can cause random malfunctions, operational failures, or calculation errors in equipment rooms, and may even damage sensitive components such as CMOS, MOS circuits, and other electronic elements. In addition, peripheral computer devices can also generate static electricity. Therefore, the use of anti-static flooring is essential in data centers, server rooms, and computer rooms.
Data centers and server rooms must frequently adapt to changing layouts for different users and tenants. Traditional facilities often become outdated due to organizational changes and technological advancements, especially in terms of cabling and cable distribution. Designers and facility managers must respond to evolving space requirements while controlling construction time and costs. In environments with dense electronic equipment, owners need effective solutions to eliminate the harmful effects of static electricity, extend equipment lifespan, and manage increasingly complex cabling systems.
The ceramic anti-static raised floor system enables fast installation and easy cable replacement, greatly improving space reconfiguration efficiency without interrupting power supply, voice and data services, or air distribution systems. With an anti-static ceramic surface, the raised floor system effectively dissipates static electricity while also supporting optimized airflow distribution beneath the floor.
